Craig Dickman
Managing Director
Craig Dickman, Managing Director, is one of the key visionaries in the creation of TitletownTech. Previously, he founded StageThree, an innovation-focused practice working with corporate partners and entrepreneurs to create, build, and commercialize new capabilities and ventures. He is an experienced entrepreneur who founded Breakthrough Fuel and co-founded the New Venture Foundry; an inventor with multiple patents; and a successful chief executive at Breakthrough Fuel, Paper Transport, and Master Fleet. Before launching and leading successful businesses, he was an executive at Schneider National and SHADE Information Systems as well as a contracted team member on two NASA Discovery Missions: Lunar Prospector and Near-Earth Asteroid Rendezvous (NEAR).
Craig received his bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the UW-Green Bay Council of Trustees and on the Board of Directors for the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation and the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

Jill Enos
Managing Director
Jill Enos, Managing Director, is an experienced investor and operator in early stage ventures. Prior to TitletownTech, Jill worked with Fortune 50 innovation leaders at StageThree to create, build, and spin out new ventures and capabilities. She co-founded and led the New Venture Foundry, an early-stage investment group providing seed capital and mentorship to regional startups. Jill also founded the Fox Connection, a collaboration of regional public and private universities to advance entrepreneurial opportunities and support for area college students.
Prior to returning to the Midwest from Washington DC, Jill was part of the leadership team at a venture-backed enterprise software services company that was acquired by AT&T. Earlier in her career she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Jill has a BA in political science from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cordero Barkley
Partner
Cordero Barkley joined TitletownTech after a successful career in banking and wealth management. He was formerly a fiduciary officer with Associated Bank. As a former Division I Student-Athlete, Barkley earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Barkley was recognized by the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce as 2018 Future 15 recipient, as well as a recipient of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Distinguished Alumni Award. He currently serves on a number of boards in the Greater Green Bay community.

Edward Ward
Partner
Edward (Ed) Ward brings years of deep tech and rapid prototyping experience to TitletownTech. Before joining the team, he directed Kohler Co.’s product development process and program management efforts.
A retired Navy Commander, Ed served 20 years in numerous leadership and research and development roles where he worked with defense contractors and early-stage startups. Prior to relocating to Wisconsin in 2019, Ed was the Deputy Executive Officer for the Commanding General U.S. Special Operations Command headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. Earlier in his military career, he flew F/A-18 fighters and served with U.S. Joint Special Operations Command and the Central Intelligence Agency.
Ed is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis with a BS in Systems and Controls Engineering and earned an MS in Finance from the Indiana University-Kelley School of Business. He serves on the board of the Ethical Artificial Intelligence Consortium and volunteers with Team Rubicon—a veteran-led disaster relief organization.

Chloe Pahl
Venture Associate
Chloe Pahl is a Venture Associate at TitletownTech. In her role, she helps to source and evaluate new investment opportunities. She also manages the TitletownTech Directory of talent, and assists with portfolio company support. Before returning to her hometown and joining the TitletownTech team, Chloe worked in IT staffing as both a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive.
Chloe graduated from Butler University with majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She held previous positions at Brooksource, Breakthrough, and Roche Diagnostics.

Grace Murray
Marketing & Communications
As Marketing & Communications Specialist, Grace leads TitletownTech’s messaging and brand awareness. She brings a unique blend of late-stage startup and high-profile brand experience as she develops and advises on communications across various channels for TitletownTech and its portfolio companies.
Before joining TitletownTech, Grace effectively distilled and communicated complex information to various stakeholders as Sr. Marketing & Communications Specialist for SaaS software provider OpenGov. She formerly served as Communications Coordinator for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks, where she helped manage day-to-day media relations responsibilities across the organization’s portfolio of entities.
A born and raised Wisconsinite, Grace is a former collegiate soccer player and graduate of Denison University with degrees in Communication and Economics.

Madilyn Heinke
Community & Design
Madilyn Heinke leads community and design at TitletownTech. She brings stories to life with unique digital content for several platforms. In addition, Madi facilitates the TitletownTech Community Experience with various events and portfolio company support.
A former collegiate basketball player, Madi graduated from Luther College with degrees in Physics and Visual Communication. Prior to joining TitletownTech, Madi worked for the Luther College Digital Media Office, where she focused on projects surrounding brand strategy and digital content. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, the startup energy at TitletownTech felt just like home.

Tarrel Nedderman
Research Analyst
Tarrel Nedderman is a Research Analyst at TitletownTech. He tracks technologies, industries, and markets where TitletownTech invests and provides quantitative insight into the due diligence process.
Tarrel hails from Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from Lawrence University with degrees in Philosophy and Economics.

Matt Adamczyk
Technologist in Residence
As the Technologist in Residence, Matt brings his robust Microsoft knowledge to help startups at TitletownTech design, architect, and scale their technologies. Before moving back to Wisconsin and joining TitletownTech, Matt was a Program Manager at Microsoft in Redmond, WA. In his role, he built highly scalable solutions for Microsoft Office. His work on the Office team contributed to the business and technological transformation of successfully delivering Office 365. Matt’s additional efforts on evolving DevOps tools resulted in heightened levels of productivity for thousands of engineers across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Matt built innovative software for State Farm and was also employed at the University of Iowa Computational Epidemiology Research Group. Matt graduated from the University of Iowa with a BS in both Computer Science and Mathematics.

Aaron Kennedy
Entrepreneur in Residence
Aaron Kennedy is the founder of Noodles & Company, a high growth fast-casual restaurant with 450 locations across the U.S. (CEO/Chairman from 1995-2008). He now serves on the board of directors for Sartori Cheese Company, Sterling Rice Group and Modern Market.
Formerly, he was Chief Marketing Officer for the State of Colorado (2012-14) and in the early days of internet, he was Marketing Director for the NY office of BrandImage, directing branding projects for Coca-Cola, The Limited Company, Swiss Army Products, and the PGA. Earlier, he was brand manager at Pepsi Cola Company and at Oscar Mayer Foods, where he helped develop and launch Lunchables.
