IT managers is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in our organization. You will help determine the IT needs of Synthetaic and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill Synthetaic’s information systems requirements.

The Position

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. Your expertise will directly contribute to our continued success and rapid-growth momentum. As an integral part of a phenomenal team, you will support areas including talent management, recruiting/staffing, compensation, benefits administration, HR process standardization, legal compliance, policy/procedure administration, and employee relations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

  • Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs

  • Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available

  • Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem

  • Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team each quarter

  • Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network

  • Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in IT operations

  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies

  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
