Synthetaic is building a Sales Team and is looking for self-starters with a demonstrated ability to understand client business needs and how AI technology can deliver desired financial and operational outcomes.  These individuals will be comfortable with a changing and evolving startup environment and are excited about Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.


You will join a growing team and will have the opportunity to enhance your career in technology sales. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting clients use of AI SaaS solutions by understanding the clients’ business landscape and creating the overall Synthetaic experience, with the ultimate goal of retaining client business.


  • Serve as client go-to and specialist, providing timely & accurate feedback to product questions, inclusive of creative and strategic recommendations

  • Partner with peers to facilitate outstanding customer service for our clients, ensuring SLAs are hit and client is delighted.

  • Deepen client partnership and engagement through proactive product enhancement, upsell tactics and insights

  • Internal contribution to team education opportunities. Consistent up-sharing and cross-sharing of successful tactics and strategies.

  • Manages initial client onboarding project and training to ensure successful use of software.

  • Understand Synthetaic’s offerings deeply to develop and execute projects

  • Develop an accurate renewal pipeline strategy and

  • Develop annual strategic and customer centric account planning

  • Effectively navigate the licensing agreements review with clients and Synthetaic legal.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and client retention metrics.

  • Effectively update executive management on clients’ renewal status and potential upcoming issues.

  • Be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to renew license agreements

  • Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership and an emotional connection to the Synthetaic brand and team

  • Build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders and decision makers.

  • Master and share the “why Synthetaic story” that represents the value we provide to customers.

  • Successfully prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities.

  • Hold Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to review usage and performance, and to align on business challenges and future needs.

  • Is self-sufficient in gathering data and information to support a client’s request.

  • Travel as required.

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with AI, Computer Vision, or SaaS technologies.

  • Experience in a fast-paced Enterprise software or technical environment.

  • Track record of consistent top performance.

  • Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments

  • Can effectively communicate to the C-suite, engineering and end-users

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a dynamic environment
