Synthetaic - Business Development Manager

Synthetaic is building a Sales Team and is looking for self-starters with a demonstrated ability to understand client business needs and how AI technology can deliver desired financial and operational outcomes.  These individuals will be comfortable with a changing and evolving startup environment and are excited about Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.


You will join a growing team and will have the opportunity to enhance your career in technology sales. This position will be responsible for selling AI SaaS solutions to prospective Synthetaic customers and being a strategic partner to existing customer accounts.


  • Work with Marketing/Demand Generation to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging that aligns with your region.

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and researching cold accounts as well as warm qualified leads.

  • Develop a robust and accurate qualified pipeline and handle strategic and customer centric account planning, crafting, owning and forecasting

  • Effectively communicate the value of Synthetaic to potential customers

  • Effectively navigate the licensing agreements review with clients and Synthetaic legal.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

  • Effectively update executive management on pipeline status and potential upcoming pipeline issues.

  • Understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives the industry to grow faster and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way

  • Be responsible for encouraging long-term strategic relationships within select high profile enterprise accounts

  • Be the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Synthetaic solutions

  • Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership and an emotional connection to the Synthetaic brand and team

  • Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders and decision makers.

  • Master and share the “why Synthetaic story” that represents the value we provide to customers.

  • Build and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline.

  • Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Pre-Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Executives)

  • Travel as required.

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience selling AI, Computer Vision, or SaaS technologies.

  • Sales experience in a fast-paced Enterprise software or technical environment.

  • Track record of consistent top performance.

  • Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Experience prospecting into large technical enterprise organizations.

  • Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments

  • Experience selling to the C-suite, engineering and business stakeholders

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Excel in a team-selling environment
