Fork Farms - Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Description: The Executive Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is general administrative support of the business, which will include a wide variety of tasks ranging from organizational process management, executive scheduling and email management, document organization, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This person would also be a key driver of the culture management of the organization. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the tracking of projects by creating and driving project plans. Must be able to work in a fast paced, growing environment with the ability to change and grow with the business.

Location: Work from home and office at TitletownTech in Green Bay, WI


Compensation: Salary plus Stock Options, Bonuses, Paid Time Off and Health Insurance


Hours: Full-Time



  • Handle various administrative tasks as assigned

  • Executive calendar and email management

  • Document storage and management

  • Operational support, sales support and other business needs

  • Coordinate project activities and tasks

  • Schedule and assist with meetings for project and task management

  • Communication and documentation for projects   



  • 1-5 years experience coordinating projects or related work experience.

  • Excellent writing skills. 

  • Able to work without supervision.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to have effective interactions with customers, business partners and co-workers.

  • Project management experience

  • Self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities throughout the day. Able to prioritize in an organized way.

  • Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Able to learn new skills quickly, including software programs such as Gsuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other systems needed for project management or administrative accountabilities.

  • Excited to work in a fast pace, high growth, ever changing, and creative startup environment.

  • Organized with a high attention to detail.
